Paul has over 15 years of Medical Device experience and has worked for MedTech’s leading organisations such as Johnson & Johnson, Zimmer Biomet and Smith & Nephew across Sales, Marketing and Senior Leadership roles.

David has over 7 years of Executive Search experience within the Australian Medical Device and Pharmaceutical sector, and over the years has been a consistent top performer, recruiting numerous senior leadership roles and coordinating large scale, end-to-end Executive Search projects. David has specialised in the areas of Sales & Marketing and partnered with a diverse client base from large multinationals to smaller/start up organisations.
Kim started his career in Medical Device Executive Search and gained extensive experience in both candidate and client management, undertaking and delivering on complex assignments. His passion for Healthcare led him to join Johnson & Johnson Medical, specialising in Thoracic, Bariatric & Colorectal surgery.
Kim went on to work for Stryker, working with cutting edge and market-leading robotic technologies, further developing his understanding and appreciation for the complexity of the MedTech space.
With more than 30 years of experience in the Medical Devices industry, Gavin has an extensive background as a senior commercial and Executive leader in the Asia Pacific region. Gavin’s most recent role was Vice President for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Asia Pacific, immediately following 6 years as Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand.
Immediate Past Chair of the Medical Devices industry body – the Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA) – Gavin helped to shape industry dialogue with Government and ensure stable and beneficial policy settings for the industry, customers and patients into the future.
